Great bike AND affordable!

Pros:
Durable, Versatile
Cons:
Heavy
Best Uses:
Commuting/City
I've had my Mixte for about 3 months so far. I've been riding it to and from work everyday since and I have zero complaints. A little on the heavier side if you're like me and have to carry your bike up and down a narrow flight of stairs every morning, but that's about the only "con," and even that isn't too big of a deal to me. I took a nasty fall after getting caught in the streetcar tracks a couple of weeks ago, and other than a very minor scratch, it was perfectly fine and in tact. Definitely a sturdy bike!

I love my mixte

Pros:
Plenty Of Gears 3, Smooth operation, Comfortable, Totally Adorable
Cons:
Best Uses:
Cruising Around Town, Commuting/City, Hanging From The Ceiling
I adore my 3speed mixte. I had been anxious that three speeds wouldn't be enough to meet the variety of hills around town. I mostly ride around Brooklyn to meet up with friends and I have never had to get off to walk the bike because the easiest speed was too hard, and I've never felt like I wanted to be able to push harder on a downhill with the hardest gear. The best part is if I haven't prepared for the change in terrain the internal gear shift works beautifully, mercifully allowing me to change gears once I've already started putting pressure on the pedals. I am not a serious rider, but I am so happy when I ride this bike because it's the perfect bike for me, and it's SO cute!
