The Crux DSW is more than the lightest alloy gravel bike ever made. We took everything we learned creating the carbon Crux and used our patented D’Aluisio Smartweld to make it a reality in alloy. We’ve created the most capable, nimble, balanced, and responsive alloy gravel bike ever made for fast, fun, high-performance riding. And yeah, it’s the lightest too. Some may call it a carbon copy, but we call it the Crux DSW.
Lightest Weight
At just 1399 grams*, the Crux DSW is the lightest alloy gravel frame in the world. Combine that with our Fact12r Crux carbon fork and a build curated for performance, and a complete Crux DSW tips the scales at 9.37kg—no alloy gravel bike can compete.
*56cm in the lightest colorway. Production frames will vary.
Most Capable
More clearance means more capability—that’s why the Crux DSW has the same tire clearance as its carbon sibling—47mm and up to 2.1” on a 650b wheel. Combine this with the tough and light alloy frame, and Crux DSW can take you anywhere you imagine at full gas.
Ultra-Responsive
Responsive at the pedals. Supple in the saddle. We’ve used D’Aluisio Smartweld to fine-tune the properties of alloy to deliver a ride previously impossible without carbon and combine it with the same performance gravel geometry and race-influenced fit as the carbon Crux. A longer reach delivers better weight distribution for quick, confident handling, while a lower stack creates a performance first position. At 72mm of bottom-bracket drop, we hit the sweet spot between nimble and stable.
D’Aluisio Smartweld
D’Aluisio Smartweld - or DSW - is a patented engineering process that uses hydroforming to precisely match tube-to-tube joints for better, stronger welds and, ultimately, a lighter frame that can be twice as durable as a traditional alloy frame. Our Smartweld technique helps us create a unique single-piece downtube and bottom bracket for the Crux, shaving weight and amplifying responsiveness.
- Lightest: 1399g Crux DSW Frame (raw, unpainted). We took everything we learned creating the carbon Crux and used our patented D’Aluisio Smartweld to make it a reality in alloy. *56cm in the lightest colorway. Production frames will vary.
- Capable: 47c/650b x 2.1” tire clearance. More clearance means more capability. With Diverge-level tire clearance, Crux takes you anywhere you can imagine.
- Responsive: Nimble, supple, and reactive. Responsive at the pedals. Supple in the saddle. With performance gravel geometry and race-influenced fit inspired by Crux’s iconic history in ‘cross.

This latest iteration of the Rush has more tire clearance for tracklo-cross, but its swift geometry and stiff chassis is most in its element on chewed up asphalt or the velodrome. That said, if you are running brakes, you will need 57mm reach (mid-reach) not 49mm reach calipers.
An expertly butted chromoly tubeset with side-tacked seatstays and S-bend chainstays offer a smooth stylish ride. To cap off its Keirin-inspired look, we continue to match the Rush with a threaded fork for clean, classic look and more bar height adjustment.
Revised geometry. We have one fewer size this time. And the size 48cm is more like a 51/53cm for someone with shorter legs than a true 48cm.
- Tange Prestige heat-treated double butted CrMo steel; butted CrMo rear end
- Track geometry
- Investment cast Tange horizontal track fork ends
- Drilled for caliper brakes
- Now with two sets of water bottle bosses for those who do longer rides
- Includes threaded 1" lugged flat crown Tange CrMo steel fork with curved blades (38mm rake)
- Seatpost size: 27.2mm
- Rear hub spacing: 120mm
- Max. tire size: 700 x 35c(w/o brakes) / 32c(w/brakes)
- 48, 53, 55, 57, 60cm (Center to top of seat collar)
Note: The 48cm size is more like a 51/53cm for folks with short legs/long torso proportions

Version 4.0 continues to be the compelling choice for grail, adventure touring, and all roads. The 4.0 version features taller stack heights on most sizes, and an additional set of water bottle bosses under the down tube
The original inspiration for the Wolverine was "Monster Cross", but it is seriously so much more. Its geometry is stable enough for off-road touring but sporty enough for all-around adventure and gravel riding. With its sliding dropouts, you can run single-speed, derailleur gearing, or hub gearing.
The A-Type is a little more "modern" than the B-Type. It adopts a 142mm rear thru-axle and a 44mm headtube that will fit a 1-1/8 straight steerer or tapered steerer with the proper headset type (better compatibility with third-party carbon fiber gravel forks; however we removed the seat stay break, so it isn't Gates belt-drive compatible like the B-Type.
Uses full-length cable housing, so it does not have the old-school downtube shifter bosses.
- A-Type has more modern standards, 12x142mm dropouts, and 44mm head tube without belt drive compatibility
- Geometry stable enough for off-road touring and adventuring, but nimble enough for the cross (monster cross that is)
- IRD Broski sliding dropouts let you run gears or a single-speed setup with better durability and less wheel slippage
- Tange Prestige heat-treated CrMo tubes for the front triangle, butted CrMo rear end
- Internal anti-rust coating protects against rust
- Braze-ons for rear rack and fenders (disc brake-compatible racks only)
- Rear hub spacing: 12x142mm TA with International Standard disc brake mounts
- Clearance for 700x45c tires with fenders
- 44mm headtube allows for straight 1-1/8" or tapered 1-1/8" to 1-1/2" forks
- Matching thru-axle fork sold separately

We created the all-new Allez Sprint by cannibalizing the Tarmac SL7. We tore the Tarmac apart, and rebuilt it from alloy with our Smartweld technology. We leveraged every innovation and insight learned during its development to create the all-new Allez Sprint. Whether chasing a National title or attacking your buddies 15 minutes into an “easy” Sunday spin, we won’t be offended if you mistake the Allez for a Tarmac SL7. Some may call it a carbon copy, we call it the World’s First Alloy Super Bike
Ready to make your dream alloy super bike a reality? Start with the all-new Allez Sprint Frameset. Equipped with a Tarmac SL7 FACT carbon fork and seatpost, it’s compatible with both aero and traditional stems and bars, electronic and mechanical drivetrains, and features a no-fuss threaded bottom bracket. The rest is up to you.
- The Allez Sprint is the fastest alloy road bike in history, thanks to the time its sibling, the Tarmac SL7, spent in the wind. It’s details like the most complex alloy head tube we’ve ever made and integrated cables that make it 41 seconds faster over 40km than the previous Allez Sprint. That’s a hell of a facelift. With 41 seconds, you’d have a podium picture in your Insta feed, just saying.
- Whether you’re launching a sprint out of the final corner or attacking from the gun like a young Italian at the Giro, the Allez Sprint, with its one-piece bottom bracket and downtube, delivers the ruthless efficiency of alloy with unprecedented stability. By balancing power at the pedals with input at the bars, the Allez Sprint keeps you fast and confident on the limit.
- Dive for the winning gap, bang elbows in the final meters, dissect the most technical descents, all without feeling like you’ve gone ten rounds with the heavyweight champ. Dropped seat stays, and the Tarmac SL7’s carbon seat post and fork make the Allez Sprint supple in the saddle and precise at the bars—all with Tarmac SL7's World Championship-proven geometry. It’s as comfy as it is beautiful. Well, almost.
- One innovation over any other helps us deliver the new Allez Sprint’s aerodynamics, power transfer, and handling—Smartweld. Making the fastest bikes in the world out of carbon wasn’t hard enough. We hydroformed the bottom bracket and down tube from a single piece of alloy, built our most complex alloy head tube ever, and then put it all together with Smartweld. It’s what makes the Allez Sprint the first alloy super bike.

Nothing is faster than the Tarmac SL8 thanks to a combination of aerodynamics, lightweight, and ride quality previously thought impossible. After eight generations and over two decades of development, it’s more than the fastest Tarmac ever - it’s the world’s fastest race bike. Your legs up for it?
Aerodynamics or lightweight alone don’t win races - speed is what matters. Delivering that speed requires creating an uncompromising combination of aerodynamics, lightweight, stiffness, and compliance. Through race simulations using real-world data our Ride Science team knows the Tarmac SL8 is the fastest race bike ever made on the routes that matter - 16.6 seconds faster over 40km, 128 seconds faster over Milan San Remo, 20 seconds faster over the legendary Tourmalet climb.
AERO IN EVERYTHING: We’re putting aero where it matters - the leading edge - not just where it looks good. In the process we’ve created our most aerodynamic road bike ever. Yes, it’s more aero than the Venge. Clean air is optimized for maximum advantage with the Tarmac’s new nose cone - the Speed Sniffer. By moving the steer tube back - the tube that determines head tube width - the leading edge of the head tube can be much sharper, delivering a much lower drag shape. Utilizing new UCI rules, the Tarmac SL8 has the narrowest, most aero seat post we’ve ever made ensuring fast moving, dirty air around the legs can flow back more cleanly. Doesn’t victory smell sweet?
MINIMUM WEIGHT, MAXIMUM AERO: Tarmac SL8 took learnings from Aethos to be easily built at the UCI minimum with a full aero setup. The team delivered a mind-bending, scale tickling 685 gram frame - 15% lighter than the Tarmac SL7 and lighter than anything on else on the World Tour*. With the ability to make lightweight a top priority in the down tube, seat tube, and rear of the bike lessons from Aethos were applied. The frame’s shape carries load so efficiently that extra carbon stiffness layers become redundant. *Unless of course you count the time Kasper Asgreen raced our 585 gram Aethos frame during a Tour stage.
GOES LIKE HELL, RIDES LIKE HEAVEN: With massive gains in stiffness-to-weight - an improvement of 33% over the SL7 - the Tarmac SL8 takes legendary handling, aggressive responsiveness and World Championship proven geometry to the next level. The bike is stiffer at the pedals, more precise at the bars, and combines it with a compliant ride in the saddle that sets a new benchmark for race bike comfort. Thanks to our Rider-First Engineering, every rider, regardless of size, gets the same unprecedented ride quality and handling. In the saddle the Tarmac SL8 delivers 6% more compliance, floating over rough road with a supple feel unique in the high strung world of race bikes. Tarmac’s proven geometry and 32mm tire clearance are identical to the SL7, ensuring easy adaptation and the versatility to run higher volume tires when needed.
BEYOND GENDER: There can be more difference between two male cyclists than between a male and female. Gender alone doesn’t provide nearly enough data to specialize and that means creating male or female bikes is arbitrary and outdated. Every rider can get the next level advantage of Tarmac SL8. It’s time to go Beyond Gender.
68mm threaded bottom bracket, flat mount disc brakes, and no-hassle seamless integration — the S-Works Tarmac SL8 Frameset is the ultimate starting point for your dream build.
