When designing the all-new Ridgeline aluminum trail handlebar, our goal was to create the perfect trail bar that disappears beneath you while encouraging you to chase adventure and seek out new experiences wherever possible. We precisely targeted lower rise options at 15mm and 25mm with a stable width of 800mm for a more efficient and aggressive position on the bike. To do this, we took an oversized 35mm bore platform and dispersed the load over an 800mm width. It was critical for us to keep the weight down without sacrificing strength. This is where our unique proprietary Gradient Butting Technology shines, allowing us to remove excess material in areas of less stress and fatigue that can cause the stiff feeling commonly felt with other 35mm handlebars on the market. We can then add material to areas of greater stress and fatigue to increase the long-term strength and durability. This gives you, the rider, more confidence to chase new experiences and forget about the gear beneath you. Our goal is for you to become one with the bike and never let up on chasing your new adventure! - Oversized 35mm Bore Aluminum Handlebar - Designed for Enduro / All Mountain / Trail - Incredibly detailed two-tone bead blasted and polished ano finish - Custom butted 7075 T73 aluminum utilizing our proprietary Gradient Butting Technology - 800mm wide - 9 degree bend x 5 degree upsweep - Flex and deflection characteristics designed to match the Skyline handlebar - Features measured cut marks and center alignment detail - Black ano finish with colored graphics - Weight: 303 grams

DEITY's expanded aluminum handlebar line now includes the SKYLINE 787 All MTN / Enduro / Trail handlebar. We've taken all of our experience in developing the strongest handlebars and implemented a featherweight version to bring DEITY to the top of the mountain! Utilizing our trade-secret Gradient Butting Technology, while investing the time and cost to properly heat-treat each handlebar model individually, we are able to deliver the lightest premium DEITY aluminum handlebar in the line. Most manufacturers don't take the time or absorb the cost to heat treat a single production handlebar model separately from other models. Nevertheless, the resulting 20% increase in strength in all of our aluminum handlebars is just one of the many reasons we go the extra mile at any cost to allow you to climb – descend – repeat! - The DEITY All MTN / Enduro / Trail handlebar - 787mm wide - The SKYLINE handlebar is our lightest aluminum bar - Ultra-sleek two-tone bead blasted and polished ano finish for incredible detailing and durability - Custom Gradient Butted 7075 T73 aluminum - Featuring a 31.8mm bore for lightweight performance and strength - Features measured cut marks and center alignment detail - 9 degree bend / backsweep by 5 degree upsweep - Black ano finish with color graphics - Covered by our Lifetime Crash Replacement Policy to the original owner Sizes: - 15mm (290gm) - 25mm (296gm)

In today’s fast-paced world of riseless flat bars and far-too-aggressive-for-our-liking cockpits, Surly harkens back to simpler times. They wanted a handlebar that would suffice for a relaxed cruise to a favorite windowless bar, but would also be suitable should a person decide to take the long way home. The Sunrise Bar is a cruiser bar, a trail bar, and a BMX bar all rolled into one. It has a 22.2mm clamp diameter, but Surly included some Problem Solvers shims so you can mount it up to your fancy 31.8mm stem. Burgtec's first range of signature handlebars developed with, yes you've guessed it! Josh Bryceland. Josh loved the sweep and rise of the Ride Wide Bars but asked us to make him something a bit higher. The Rat isn't one of those guys that's 'crazy' on setup, but he knows what he wants. - 38MM RISE: Back in 2018 Josh's idea was for something more versatile that he could use on all his bikes. After testing various prototypes, he finally narrowed it down to a 38mm rise bar, the perfect sweet spot. The first material thought was Carbon but after getting to ride various Alloy prototypes he just got more comfortable on Alloy. So, the 38mm "Ride High" was born. The same unsurpassed comfort and durability as all of the Ride Wide range, but just a little Higher. - 50MM RISE: It's fair to say high rise bars have taken a back seat over the last decade much in part to the increasing wheel sizes pushing up front ends of bikes and riders trying to match their previous riding positions. After first coming to us a little over 3 years ago and deciding on the 38mm rise bar Josh wanted to quite literally raise the bar once again. We'd previously prototyped the 50mm bar alongside the 38s but at the time just felt they looked out of place. With more riders moving towards 29ers we felt the market just wasn't ready for them. Josh quickly adapted to the 38s but still felt he was running a lot of stack on his bikes. So with more frequency, he was popping in to Burgtec HQ asking if we had any of the 50mm rise bars left. In the end, we ran out of prototype bars, and Rats a very persuasive guy so we just decided to go into production with the 50s. For Josh, he loves how the higher rise allows for more maneuverability as well as getting rid of the excess stack height. Plus, being a taller rider, they keep his weight where he wants it and freely admits "It's easier on my back". The bars are a natural fit for Jump bikes but as Josh and the boys show they are equally at home on bigger travel trail bikes too. - Width: 800mm - Rise: 38mm, 50mm - Available in 35mm clamp only. - Backsweep: 9° - Upsweep: 5° - Weight: 38mm Rise = 346g, 50mm Rise = 391g

The VO Crazy Bars are intended for touring on paved and unpaved roads, single and double track, gravel and crushed limestone, and everything in between. The main, swept back section provides excellent control and leverage on rough and tumble surfaces, while the the bullhorn section offers an aero position for smoother roads and headwinds. The junction of the horns and sweeps feels similar to being on the hoods of drop bars and makes for a nice, neutral position. The main bar uses a 22.2mm grip area so MTB grips, levers, and shifters fit. The "horns" are 23.8mm, so road components like bar ends and inverse levers are compatible. The stem clamp area is 31.8mm. Crazy Bars are made from 6061 aluminum and are heat treated. Weight is a reasonable 532g. They are MTB-rated and available in sand-blasted Silver and Noir. Specs: Width: 780mm Sweep: 35 deg Rise: 40mm Grip length: 205mm Horn Width: 420mm Horn Length: 110mm Stem Clamp: 31.8mm Grip (sweeps): 22.2mm Grip (extensions): 23.8mm Weight: 532g

These bars may look unconventional but the bottom line is that they flat out provide better handling and more comfort than a traditional bar. A wide range of better hand and body positions ensure more power, comfort and control. 45 degrees of sweep puts your wrists in a natural and relaxed position for lasting comfort. Jones H-Bars are available in three styles: Loop, Cut, Bend. The Loop H-Bar is the most full-featured of the three: it has the widest range of positions, the most mounting options for gadgets and lights, and is the stiffest. The Cut H-Bar is almost identical to a Loop, but it loses the center section of the loop, and because of this it has less room to mount your gadgets. It's also not as stiff because the two grip tubes don't connect in the center. The Bend H-Bar is an H-Bar stripped-down to its bare essentials: long, 45 degree grip areas for amazing comfort and a few very good hand positions. It's a great way to get the amazing feel of a Jones H-Bar even if you don't need the whole range of positions and mounting locations. Most material/style combinations are available in two widths: 660mm and 710mm. Both have the same basic positions and the same shape, but the 710mm version adds a fully-upright position at the back of the grip area. This is a great position to have for touring and any kind of riding where you might want to sit fully upright without needing access to the controls. The 660mm version is best for navigating very tight singletrack or narrow city/commuting situations. The 710mm is our most popular width, and has laser-etched cut guides so you can cut it down to the 660mm width.

For XC racing, stiffness equals speed. That’s what drove our thinking when building the Roval Control SL handlebar. Borrowing inspiration from trail bike tech, we knew a 35mm bar clamp width would give us the rigidity our athletes demanded, and function as the backbone for our ultra-light, hand laid up carbon. It’s light… Like, 185 grams light. But, light-weight and stiffness aren’t the only pieces of the puzzle. Riders also need high-precision control while descending, and a comfortable, sustainable position on grueling climbs. The Roval Control SL’s 780mm width allows you to dial in your perfect size, and it’s World Championship proven geometry gives the confidence to attack any segment. - Material: High modulus carbon fiber - Width: 780mm, includes cut marks to customize width - Rise: 0mm or 20mm - Upsweep: 6 degrees - Backsweep: 8 degrees - Clamp Diameter: 35mm - Weight: 185g

DH tough and XC light, the Traverse SL 35 is our handlebar premiere, and capitalizes on our decades of carbon fiber experience to deliver precise control and exceptional comfort, along with class leading strength to weight performance. Handlebars have grown wider in recent years, and this has presented some interesting challenges. Because bars are wider, leverage stress exerted at the stem has risen dramatically. The Traverse SL features a 35mm diameter at the stem clamp; this increases strength in this crucial zone, while also dissipating the bar clamp load across a larger surface area. More secure clamping, and a stronger handlebar - these are good things. Meanwhile, our extensive experience with carbon fiber allows us to ensure maximum strength at the clamp and then tailor the carbon fiber layup to providing damping at the bar-ends, resulting in a more comfortable, less fatiguing ride. The Traverse SL 35 is strong enough to attack the gnarliest terrain, durable and comfortable enough to hammer the chunder day in, day out, and light enough to make XC racers smile. - Backsweep: 8 degrees - Clamp: 35mm - Rise: 30mm - Upsweep: 6 degrees - Weight: 227 grams
