Be in your Element.
Rocky Mountain’s Element is the result of over two decades at the front of the pack. It features efficient suspension performance, refined geometry, RIDE-9 adjustability, and room for two bottles inside the front triangle. Now available in both carbon and alloy models, the smallest details were examined in the search of weight savings, point-n-shoot rigidity, and unrivaled speed. On the Element 30, RockShox handles suspension damping with a Judy Gold RL 120mm fork and Monarch RL 100mm shock to maintain positive trail contact, while the Maxxis Recon and Ikon tires roll blazingly fast, yet put the grip down when you need it most. And, thanks to sure-stopping Shimano hydraulic brakes, you'll stay ahead of the pack with precise cornering control. Power delivery is provided by Shimano’s Deore 1x11 drivetrain, while Race Face crank and bottom bracket along with Rocky Mountain's own mix of aluminum components finish off this highly capable XC speed machine.
The RIDE-9 adjustment system allows riders to quickly fine-tune their geometry and suspension with a pair of Allen keys. Nine configurations are possible thanks to two interlocking chips. Position 1 geometry configuration shown below.
