All "Closeout" and sale items are a final sale. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All helmet sales are a final sale.
Orders usually ship 1 - 3 business day after being placed. When item is in stock.
Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.

This website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our on-line catalouge. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Northern Residents
If you are a Northern resident, we offer solutions for getting your purchases to you. Working along side Northern courier companies including, Loomis, Buffalo Air Express, Air North, and Canadian North allows us to get your shipment to you in a timely and affordable manner. In-Store Pickup
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.
Backorders
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. Some items need to be ordered from distributors and may take 7-10 days to arrive. All orders will ship when complete. Orders can be split shipped upon request. Extra shipping charges will apply.
Returns
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured Canada Post / USPS (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. (Labour fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.) Any damage from shipping should be noted and registered with courier upon drop off.
Please note: Returned items such as shoes, shorts, socks, and apparel must be in new, unworn condition with retail tags still attached. Restocking fee will apply.
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
We are unable to refund or exchange helmets, so please be careful when choosing a style and size.
