Get Wild with Extra Stiffness and More Clearance These super tough axles are constructed to Rockshox's exact specifications and made from 7075 Aluminium. Unlike any other fork axles on the market, these feature a 6mm allen key fitting on both ends of the axle. This "Get out of Jail" feature might be pretty handy if you manage to chew one end up rushing to put your wheel on when your mates have already set off. We've all been there.... Having an Allen key fitting instead of a QR also allows the use of a torque wrench so you can be sure your wheel isn't falling off. Benefit from the increased clearance without a lever in the way getting wacked by trailside debris!

These super tough axles are constructed to Fox's exact specifications and made from 7075 Aluminium. Unlike any other fork axles on the market, these feature a unique double hex design. This includes the traditional 6mm that everyone is familiar with but with an added 8mm Allen key fitting as well. This feature makes removal much easier if the 6mm gets chewed up, over tightened or not removed for a long time. Having an Allen key fitting instead of a QR also allows the use of a torque wrench so you can be sure your wheel is correctly tightened. Hurdy Gurdy is another nifty device that keeps a rear wheel from slipping forward in the dropout under pedal load. It's designed for the Cross-Check's semi-horizontal front-loading dropouts, and will also work on many other similar dropouts. Hurdy Gurdy is investment cast of stainless steel for durability and good looks, and shares many of Tuggnut's design features. Its two axle holes allow for a wide variety of fore/aft wheel positions, it will work with standard QRs, bolted axles, and nutted axles up to 10mm.

Frames and forks that use the post-mount brake interface use a stock size varying from 160mm to 203mm. It’s important to check your frame and fork for the default post mount size before ordering a suitable adapter. To calculate the size of the required adapter, subtract the frame/fork stock mount size from the desired rotor size. If you’re using brakes with large calipers (Magura MT5/MT7, Hope Tech V4, Hayes Dominion A4 etc.), please also order a low profile (button head) bolt kit to ensure correct fitment.
